This return and refund policy applies to the following program (hereafter referred to as the product): Spyzie.cc Software. If the Product does not work as promised, or if you experience technical difficulties, a full refund is only available if our technical support team is unable to resolve the problem and the following conditions are met:
- All problems must be reported within 72 hours of purchase.
- All problems must be reported within 72 hours of purchase. The customer must provide all information necessary to resolve the problem.
- You may only be refunded once. Each customer is only eligible for one refund, and if you have multiple product licenses, only the product license reported as non-functional will be refunded. We provide support 7 days a week and always try to resolve issues. Only if our team is unable to assist you during this time will you be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. Other refund conditions: The following conditions describe situations where Spyzie.cc cannot provide a refund, as they are completely beyond Spyzie.cc’s control.
- Refunds are not available if the Customer does not follow the technical support guidelines or refuses customer support assistance.
- If the Customer is unable to provide all necessary data. This includes situations where the customer may need to get remote assistance.
- If the customer has just changed his or her mind. Personal reasons (“I don’t like it”, “I never installed the software”, “I have no intention of purchasing the application”) do not qualify for a refund.
- If the customer is not authorized to access the target device.
- If the product was detected by the user, but the user was unaware of the product’s existence. Or if the Product is detected by anti-virus software – any activity of other applications is not the responsibility of Spyzie.cc.
- If the target device is running an incomplete, pirated, not fully operational or incompatible version of the operating system. All compatible versions of Android and Windows operating systems are listed on the website. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the compatibility of its device with the Product.
- If a complete or partial reinstallation of the operating system on the target device results in the product being blocked. Refund Process: All refund requests must be sent to [email protected] Refunds sent through any other contact channel will not be issued.
